This is when the Rangers take on the Blue Jays for the final time this season.
This is when either the Rangers advance to the ALCS or come back to Arlington to watch the rest of the playoffs on their television sets.

It all comes down to this.
Cole Hamels vs. Marcus Stroman.
The Rangers have their guy on the mound. They have all of their big bats in the lineup including Adrian Beltre. The Rangers have no excuses. They either win and keep playing or lose and get ready for next season.
Going into the series no one would’ve blamed them for losing to an amazing Toronto Blue Jays team. But after Texas won the first two games in dramatic fashion, anything less than advancing to the ALCS would be a huge disappointment.
Never ever quit has been the motto all season. It’s time to practice what they’ve preached.
Will the Rangers get the job done and finish off the Blue Jays? My unbiased and educated guess is yes.
The Rangers have played poorly in their last two games but last game they had no chance because of Derek Holland’s horrible performance. In baseball when trying to guess who will win you have to look at the pitchers. Marcus Stroman is really good but I’m taking Cole Hamels any day of the week in that matchup.
Also the Rangers were better on the road than they were at home this season.
43 wins at home and 45 wins away. Only a two game difference but the Rangers only need one game now.
This is it. The final game of the ALDS. Who will take it?!!!!
I can’t wait.
